At Hagro products we sell products via our website. We ship these products to your address. It is also possible to collect your products at our collection desk. Below are some questions and answers about collecting and delivering your product (s).


When will my order be shipped?
When we receive your order, we will start working on sending your product (s) as soon as possible. We try to ship your order within two working days. If we already have all the necessities, we will send your order immediately.


What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs differ per product. The size and quantity can affect the shipping costs. If you add a product in the shopping cart, the shipping costs are automatically indicated. This differs per product.

Where can I collect my order?
If you choose to collect your order, you can go to our collection desk. Our pick-up counter is located in Albergen, Overijssel. For the address click here.


If my product is out of stock, how long do I have to wait for my product to be shipped?
If your product is not in stock, we try to get your product as soon as possible. As soon as we receive your product, we will send it directly to your specified address. The waiting time is often 0 to 6 weeks. The waiting time depends on the product.
